In-housed factory controls the entire process from aluminum billets casting to final packaging. Our carbon steel products are strictly select from high-quality raw materials derived from large steel plants and adopts automated bending and punching; The introduction of multiple automated production lines effectively improves the production process; Unique ratio of melting and casting elements ensure higher performance of products over our competitor’s.
From raw material selection to process control, six quality inspections conforms the full inspection process; five inspection procedures in the factory’ laboratory (Anti-pull force test, salt spray test, film thickness test, chemical element test, spectrum analyzer) ensure product quality and submit for inspection to a third-party authority regularly.
